Enjoy the scenery of the changing seasons and fall fishing at a reduced rate. Only a three night minimum.
$735/night - includes hst.

Additional charges: cleaning fee ($350) and water taxi if required. Refundable damage deposit required.

Our Private Island is located in the Sans Souci area of Georgian Bay which is in the heart of the Massassauga Provincial Park. This region is known as some of the best freshwater boating and fishing in the world and for its unmatched rugged beauty and serenity. This island is an ideal location for families and friends looking to escape and enjoy a truly unique experience. A kayaker’s and fisherman’s dream – enjoy limitless opportunities to explore and create forever memories.

The island is accessible by water only. Water taxi services are available from Woods Bay Marine if you do not have your own boat. The island is a 15 minute boat ride through calm and protected waters.

Guests have full access to the island and buildings, use of water toys (kayaks, canoe, tubes, floating mat, inflatables, etc). The property consists of a Main Cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, spacious living room, half bath, Master bedroom with full ensuite and walkout to deck overlooking the water. There is a Guest Cottage with screened in porch, kitchenette and dining space plus six beds (Bedroom #2). There is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath bunkie with deck (Bedroom #3 and #4). There is a bath house with full laundry and shower. All buildings and 3 docking areas are connected by a series of boardwalks.
