Travel by Albina I have been working in the customer service industry for over 30 years, specializing in travel and tourism for the last 10 years. As St.

Augustine once said, “The World is a book and those who do not travel read only one page”. I have been fortunate to embark on some exciting trips over the years, from watching the New Years Eve fireworks on Sydney Harbour, to taking a romantic Gondola ride in Venice, watching the beautiful sunsets in Maui, or just a quick weekend getaway to the hustle and bustle of New York City! I truly believe t

hat traveling is one of life’s ultimate joys, which is why I have taken my passion for travel and tourism and turned it into a second career. Day 9 - What a fun filled day! We visited a vineyard and worked hard to harvest the grapes. We then enjoyed a Bucha (snack) on the vineyard. Learned a little more about the wine processing procedure and then enjoyed a fabulous lunch. To end off our visit, we received a bottle of wine, labeled with our name on it!

Day 8 - We visited a cork factory to learn about the production of cork and the many uses for it. Portugal is the biggest producer of cork in the world. We stopped in the town of Evora - a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. In Evora, we visited the Church of St. Francis, Chapel of Bones, and the ruins of a Roman Temple. What a fascinating town. Walking in the evening along the old streets was such a delight 😍

Day 7 - A model of Pena Palace, which we couldn't visit because roads were closed due to wildfires. We visited another palace, which was absolutely beautiful. After our visit, we enjoyed a typical Portuguese local dish - suckling pig. It was so delicious 😋
