This home also has a basement with another bedroom, laundry room and storage place.

The Birch Bungalow is ready for your short or long term vacation rental.
Located just minutes on foot from the beautiful shores of Memorial Park in Meaford.
Enjoy an elegant stay as a couple or bring the family to our two bedroom one bath whole home rental.
You’ll enjoy WiFi, cable, Crave, Netflix and Prime in the livingroom or in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and necessities as well as boasting a coffee and tea bar with keurig and espresso makers.
Your Master bedroom features a premium quality Temperpedic Mattress and Allergen brand mattress and pillow protectors. It also features an additional tv for bedtime viewing.
Bedroom number two features a double over double bunk bed with a single trundle and lots of floor space for games and puzzles.
Long term or seasonal renters may customize the layout for this second room to include dismantling the bunkbed for a second couples room or for younger children. We also have an IKEA crib and toddler bed available.

We strive to limit textiles and artificial scents to create as hypoallergenic a stay as possible.
Care has been taken to offer natural linens and the duvets and pillows are washed after each visit. Every time.
Leather seating in the living room and dining ensures proper sanitization between visits.
