Went out on the Mizzy Lake Trail in in hopes of seeing a moose.. Did see lots of very fresh tracks but no moose.. lucky enough to see a few feathered friends on the hike.. This Raven whose name is Fred was absolutely HUGE and came right up to me happy to have his portrait taken.. I flinched first and moved.. The Roughed Grouse was obviously showing off for his lady friend..(not pictured)
The Heron was fishing for some food around dinner time..
