This week, we’re featuring two refreshing delights: the Pink Peony and a Strawberry & Honey cocktail.

We use farm-fresh and local ingredients not only in our menu but also in crafting our cocktails. This week, we featured spring flavors like a Rhubarb Sour with local rhubarb and vodka from Nova Scotia Spirit Co., and a dandelion and honey whisky cocktail made with dandelions from our farm, sweetened with our own honey, and whisky from Caldera Distilling.
