"Strength Doesn’t Come from Our Appearance, But It Is Derived From Our Conviction"
(Read on as Coach Sonnon Analyzes 3 Types of People: Immovable, Movable. and those who do the Moving!)
Hello Friends,
As a professional, I choose to never make claims I haven’t personally achieved. I don’t prefer to speak from theories or ideas, but rather experience and discoveries. Only then do I share what I’ve uncovered through my personal journey, with others. Living a lean, simple, strong, happy life, well… I would dare to guess most people who were once obese, overfat, or out of shape, would want to learn how (especially if I can get them that information through my free books and videos http://www.rmaxinternational.com/free-products/ )
Most of us, when we are obese, overfat, or just out of shape, feel ashamed and hopeless (primarily when people, especially supposed experts, call us “stupid and retarded” for our appearance). We fear that we can never regain lower levels of bodyfat and begin to give up hope that we ever can. Judgmental “authorities” who smear each other with deprecating cattiness cause us to shy away from trusting any aid from them. We think, “If they so harshly judge each other, and they’re fitness PROS, imagine what they say about me!!!” People only hurt their prospective clients when they talk badly about each other in the field.
For those of us who seek to follow our own path, we may be hated for being different and living by our own standards, rather than mainstream expectations, but deep down they wish they had your courage to do the same. When you encounter this kind of negativity use it as a personal practice: if others express hate toward you, it’s because you’re following your own values, and secretly… the haters hope that you succeed, so that they can grow the courage to do the same.
If you think having someone express hate toward you is difficult, imagine having to live their life. That’s much worse. You don’t have to befriend them if you don’t wish. Just living your life as your healthy, vibrant self, unphased by others’ negative judgments is a joy they silently, desperately crave. And by living so, you even give them the hope that they can one day be the same.
Strength doesn’t come from our appearance, but from our conviction; not from our muscle, but from our heart to help others lead long, happy lives. As Ben Franklin said, “There are three types of people in the world: the immovable [who believe only they are right], the moveable [who always submit to the judgment of others], and the ones who do the moving.” Move your own way, ignore those who tell you that you appear silly as both the immovable and movable do. Be the one who does the moving, and we all will benefit from your joyful example.
Very Respectfully,
Scott Sonnon
