Lubecore is a manufacturing, distribution and service company specializing in automatic greasing systems. Due to the complex nature of the business, there are a wealth of administrative opportunities at Lubecore. We are looking to fill a position as Office Administrator.

Lubecore’s office administrator duties include but are not limited to:

-Assisting with accounts receivable and collections
-Tracking assets such as computers, 407 ETR toll devices, GPS locators, company clothing, cell phones, office phones, printers, monitors, etc.
-Managing cell phone, internet, and 407 ETR accounts
-Sales and marketing support (new dealer onboarding packages, advertisements in publications, assisting in updating marketing materials)
-Management of Vistaprint Corporate account
-Stock management of printed materials, company apparel, and other promotional items
-Maintaining up-to-date employee records of health and safety, database, phone numbers, emails, logins, vehicle assignments, emergency contacts, etc.
-Job posting, resume management and interview scheduling
-New hire onboarding
-Benefits administration
-Social media and website updates and improvements
-Offering technical assistance with cell phones, email, office phones, and coordinating with tech support for issue resolution
-Purchasing office, tradeshow, and other items as needed
-Distributing technical, marketing, and company announcements via email and campaign platforms
-Fleet administration (insurance set-up, equipping vehicles with safety equipment, updating registration and stickers, ownership transfers as vehicles are purchased and sold)
-Administering insurance and WSIB clearance requests and maintaining contractor compliances
-Travel coordination such as flights, hotels, rental cars for travelling employees
-Errands such as parts pickup and drop-off, bank and post office visits, etc.
-Providing backup to Service Management (scheduling system installations and service in support of service team during vacation times)
-Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills requirements:

-Excellent organization and communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft programs and moderate technical knowledge
-Promoting process improvement and increased efficiency
-High level of precision and attention to detail
-Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities for whatever task is most important at any given time

Lubecore Will Provide:

-A Benefits Program

-40 hours per week, with paid occasional overtime available
-Normal working day is M to F, 8:30am to 5:00pm

This morning we had a feedback meeting with our test driver Fred Lauk. Fred, who runs a fleet of car-hauler trucks for RW Haulers, shared some insights on how the Peterbilt 389 MY 2021 outfitted with a Lubecore Automated Greasing Systems is far outperforming the trucks without an AGS in terms of tire wear. Steer tires wear out quicker when the fifth wheel isn't greased correctly because the driver has to counter-steer the friction between trailer and tractor.
