Put some big ones in the boat today, 11.2 lbs is the new fish to beat. The average size is great this year around 7 pounds with some big fish and eaters mixed in it makes for fun fishing. 🎣

The boys put on a clinic this morning post front, the lakers were hungry. They put 9 in the boat by 10am, sent some big ones back and kept their limit for the smoker. 🎣

Cassie and Jaz put some big ones in the boat today. Jaz’s 9.28 pounder is the new fish to beat for the 2024 open water season, they also kept a smaller fish that had been putting a hurtin on the smelt population. Not the salmon we were after but the lake trout were biting. Jordan’s first lake trout ever was a 22lbs tank, he’ll be a while trying to beat that. We have a full day trip available this weekend due to a last minute cancellation if you’d like to get out for some lake trout send us a message.
