That’s fine by us, this house has 3 different living room spaces, the first formal living room located on the main floor is a cozy spot to hangout and soak in all the natural light from the many windows and some extra heat from the propane fireplace. The second living room is located in the loft, with a TV and even more stunning views of the river! The third living room is down in the basement, where you will find another TV in front of a huge comfy sectional couch. But, if you’re not into sitting, you can just hop over to the other side of the room and shoot a game of pool! This space also has outdoor access to the backyard, and the in-ground pool! When it’s time to wind down we have 3 bedrooms all set up for you! The first, master bedroom is on the main level beside the master bath and just off of the kitchen. It has a queen bed, two dressers, a closet, and a TV! Also, it overlooks the backyard down to the river, and has amazing sunrise views that are definitely worth getting up early for! The second bedroom in the loft also has a queen bed, two dressers, and two closets. The third bedroom is in the basement located beside the second full bathroom and has two single
over double bunk beds. We are able to accommodate more than 10 guests upon request! Here for snowmobiling or other recreational activities? The 36x50 detached garage is a shared space with tons of room for storing and/or tune ups! NB Snowmobile trail access via trail 42 is accessible from our property. The inside of this place is only HALF the fun, no matter what season, the backyard space is enormous and has endless options for fun! Although, summertime does have its advantages with the pool, waterslide, diving board and most importantly access to the beautiful Miramichi river! You may walk or drive down to the riverfront, where you will see a boat launch and a dock that are shared. Bring your own kayak/canoe to make the most of this amenity or just enjoy a swim. Summer isn’t the only season to get out on the river with bass, salmon, and/or trout fishing on your doorstep during both spring and fall!
