It’s a one-of-a-kind event catering to baking enthusiasts and everybody with a “sweet tooth”. Expect to see, smell, taste, savour, and buy the best offeri

ngs of Canada’s baking and sweets universe. Come and discover a cornucopia of cakes – wedding cakes, specialty cakes, theme cakes, chocolate cake, desserts, pies, cupcakes, and so much more... All under one roof! Witness the crowning of the winners within the Canada’s Baking and Sweets Show competitions - the best of 2025. Exhibitors finally have a platform to showcase world class talent found within Canada. The crème de la crème of creativity will compete at the booth level and at the stage-level in front of adoring crowds. Not to be outdone will be the amateur sensations that bake for the passion of it. Businesses offering cake decorating and baking supplies will demonstrate the latest bake ware and technologies. Home bakers can one-stop-shop for their long sought after baker’s kitchen and appliances.

We have exciting news! Canada’s very own Beatriz Muller of has provided our first two competition prizes valued at $1000 each! We are always thankful for Beatriz’ support. It’s generous people like her, our attendees, sponsors, vendors, teachers, competitors and volunteers, who will make our 2025 show amazing. Let’s come together as the great community that we are. Can you feel the buzz? There are so many fun things lined up, and we are getting a lot of inquiries about teaching opportunities, competitions, being an exhibitor, sponsorship packages and more. Our new website will launch in March, and we’re so excited! There, you will see what’s in store for 2025! Check it out!!

• Main Stage Demonstrations - take a seat and learn from some of our sponsors and celebrity bakers

• The Vendor Hall - shop for supplies, tools, bakeware and treats, all under one roof.

• The Kids Zone - activities for our budding new bakers

• International Way - discover sweet delicacies from around the globe, right here in our own backyard

• The Demonstration Room - watch some of our best artisans demonstrate some of our industries latest trends

• Hands on Classes - join in on the fun and take a class to hone your skills in one of our 3 hour classes. Class sizes are limited to give you a great experience

• Competitions - this year we will have 3 Categories. Stun us with your show stopping wedding cakes, have fun with our theme cake category, and draw us in with the tiniest of details on your decorated cookies.
