To our incredible community of travellers, travel advisors, and adventurers—today, we’re thrilled to unveil Adventure Canada’s brand-new logo! 🎉

Why the change? After 35+ years of sharing the world’s wildest places with you, it was time for a refresh that reflects not only who we are but also where we’re headed. This rebrand was not taken lightly. Every element of the new logo was chosen with care, thought, and respect for our journey and yours.

✅ What we kept:

The polar bear is still front and center. This iconic creature, a symbol of the north, is at the heart of our travel philosophy. While our journeys take us far and wide, we began in the north—and it will always be the core of what we do. The polar bear represents our love for connecting people to wild things and wild places, to discovery, and to the spirit of adventure. These values remain foundational to every experience we offer.

✅ What’s new:

Our new logo features a modern design—bold, clean, and fresh—just like the unforgettable journeys we craft for you. The soft, rounded shapes flow together and complement the blue, white and black colours that perfectly represent the landscapes that you encounter on our northern expeditions. The design is not only visually striking but also versatile and easy to read, making it ready for the future.

This isn’t just a logo —it’s a symbol of where we’ve been and where we’re going, together. We’re beyond excited to step into this new chapter with you, our Adventure Canada family.

Here’s to more adventures, deeper connections, and unforgettable journeys ahead. 🌊✨

What do you think of the new look? Share your thoughts below—we’d love to hear from you!

Adventure Canada is proud to share that we’ve completed the Indigenous Canada course through the University of Alberta. This Indigenous-led course has deepened our understanding of Indigenous histories, cultures, and the ongoing journey of reconciliation. As we align with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada (TRC) Call to Action 92, we are committed to building meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities and fostering a deeper understanding of their perspectives.

By embracing opportunities like this course, we continue to take important steps toward reconciliation—learning, listening, and acting with respect and responsibility. This is just one part of our broader commitment to ensure that our values of inclusivity and respect for Indigenous peoples are embedded in everything we do.

Thank you, University of Alberta, for providing this valuable learning experience and supporting our journey toward reconciliation.

If you’re interested in learning more, we highly recommend the course: https://coursera.pulse.ly/n7pu9ixnbb

It was great to hear from David Newland, a longtime friend and member of our expedition team, during his presentation last week at our development days 🍁Crafting Canadian Conversations Aboard and Ashore🍁

David’s words on the power of storytelling, whether on board or on land, reinforced the importance of connection and shared experiences. His ability to spark meaningful conversations is a gift we’re lucky to experience, both in our work and in our daily lives. Whether he's hosting an expedition, performing music, or leading these powerful conversations, it’s always inspiring to see David in action.

We’re so very grateful for his ongoing friendship and for the knowledge he continues to share with our team!

Last week, our office staff had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in sustainability during our development days, starting with a breath of fresh air at the Kortright Centre for Conservation. After a grounding wellness walk through nature, we explored the Archetype Sustainable House, which showcased cutting-edge energy-efficient solutions like solar power, water conservation, and innovative design.

Later in the day, we participated in an inspiring workshop led by Adventure Canada’s director of sustainable and regenerative travel, Scott McDougall. Reflecting on the strides we've made in areas like climate action, nature conservation, and corporate responsibility, we recognized there’s still much work to be done. The session sparked fresh ideas and identified key areas where we can create the greatest impact, leaving us energized and more committed than ever to driving sustainability forward and leading by example.

During our annual development days, Adventure Canada staff had the privilege of volunteering at Eden Food for Change. We participated in a fantastic team-building experience, cooking alongside their chef to prepare healthy meals for their programs—a powerful reminder of the impact we can create when we work together.

In addition to the hands-on cooking, we toured their facility and learned about the important work they’re doing to fight hunger in western Mississauga. It was a humbling and inspiring experience, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful cause.

Thank you, Eden Food for Change, for all you do and for welcoming us into your mission.
