This week we are taking a break from ship of the week to highlight a lesser know theme park. Dollywood is Located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This theme park brings together country gospel and roller coasters. From a relaxed ride on the Dollywood Express on through the woods of the Smokey Mountains to the Fire Chaser roller coaster there are plenty of fun rides to try out. If you are less into the thrill of rides you could always check out one of the many live performances or stop by the "Wings of America" theater and see the bald eagle preserve. If you happen to be vacationing in Pigeon Forge this is a great option for multiple days of fun.

This week for Travel Tuesday we taking a look at our trip to Taino Bay in the Dominican Republic. We visited here as a port of call on a cruise. The location was beautiful for sure and had plenty of options for beaches and shopping. The one downside as a wheelchair user was the cobble and slab stone as the primary flooring around the port resort. This made for a bit of difficulty for the wheelchair.
