How to clean- if it’s a windy day, toss them up in the air and the brown bits will blow off
At home, place them in a large, plastic mixing bowl.
Go outside near a power outlet. Blow the brown bits off with your hairdryer on a cool setting, tossing them up in the air.
How to cook- boil 15min or steam 10-12min
Enjoy with butter or my favourite vinegar!

Lots of people out at Trites Maples yesterday! 1.5hr wait for pancakes but boy were they worth it! Everything was homemade and yummy. All you can eat! Wonderful family tradition!
