Kids are back in school, tourists are far less, weather is gorgeous, lakes still warm , all attraction’s are open, less traffic and people, less expensive for renting cars and accommodations

Good morning, we have just received word from our guide in Egypt that effective October 1st 2024, there will be a 20% increase on all cruises, attractions and archaeological entrance fees.

If you are thinking about Egypt for 2024 and 2025, now is the time to confirm and save money.

As long as a deposit has been received before October 1st, 2024, the price we list will be honoured, even for 2025 bookings. The key is to have deposits sent before October 1st.

At present we have availability on our desert and luxor tours for march/april 2025.

If you have plans for other dates, the same hold true, we need deposits by October 1st,2024

The first time I went to Africa it was August 2018 to Tanzania 🇹🇿.
I didn’t know what to expect, I only knew that Africa was on my bucket list.
I wrote in my journal every day trying to use words to express how I felt.
What I know is Africa is beyond words and is to be felt with your senses.
I loved it here and knew I would return and I did just a few months later to work on a film project to numerous countries, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and back to Tanzania.
It was three months of bush life with anti poaching rangers ( loved it)
I decided to go back again in the fall of 2019, this time my mom joined me for the first few weeks to safari in Kenya 🇰🇪.
This is when I met Tiz, he was our guide.
Flash forward to today
Tiz moved to Canada 🇨🇦 and we began a tour and apparel company taking guests to Africa, our first tour was in 2022 to Kenya 🇰🇪.
We’ve since added many more countries, all travelled and endorsed by us.

How to find a good safari / tour company
This is not easy as a google search will bring up all the companies that pay for their website to be shown to you first, but does that make them better?
Of course not.
Some are even a complete fraud
But many are legit.

Here’s a few tips to help you w**d through smoke and mirrors and find exactly what you want

1- Ask your friends that went on a tour who they used ( word of mouth referrals are the best )
2- google search , see who comes up. Be specific on what you’re looking for.
When you find one, check their website thoroughly , reviews, prices, inclusions, exclusions, email them. Do they reply with broken english? Does the email match the company?
3- check their social media pages, see what they are saying, does it match the website? When did they last post?
Look at comments and reviews.
Click the website link, does it work?
Does it lead to the same place as when you googled the website?
4- google search the company name with the word, scam or fraud
Generally if they have been any of those, it will pop up in a search
5- Do not send money until you are 100% confident, if you have a bad feeling or think, this is too good to be true. Do Not proceed
6- write a post on your social media asking for suggestions, while your friends may not know, their friends just might.
Make the post public and ask your friends to share it.
Repeat all steps above for anyone you think is a good option

Trail ride today with the boys, loving the warm weather

Room tour at one of our favourite accommodations in South Africa. This is in a wildlife sanctuary right on the ocean , stunning views, world class dining, service and accommodation. A perfect couples getaway, especially combined with our other exclusive stays, this has newlyweds, anniversaries and spoiling yourselves written all over it. Ranger has been feeling a bit left out lately because he is not allowed in the house ( female is in heat) so Tiz and I treated him to a 4x4 all by himself, while other dogs stayed home. We all enjoyed ourselves on a perfect afternoon

Canada 🇨🇦 All this wildlife in the last month,truly a wonder and something special, it’s home❤️. Often first seen from our kitchen window, I scramble to capture a bit on film but mostly I simply enjoy the moment. Bear, elk, white tail deer shown here.
