Continuing our roster rollout today with , the head coach of our team headed to Europe this August. This will be Michelle’s 3rd year at the helm of our women’s hockey experience.

Michelle skated on the back-end of the McGill Martlets National Championships in 2011 and 2014. Recently, Michelle was a member of the Martlets’ coaching staff, as well as the Dawson College Blues and is currently an elementary school teacher at Lower Canada College.

We dined, drank, and sang the night away at the inaugural North Cup Banquet. After friendly competition on the ice, Northerners were treated to a feast of smoked meat sandwiches, poutines from , and premium ice cream, all followed by a night out on the town in Montreal.

It’s safe to say, a great time was had by all. 🍻 🏒

And just like that, the inaugural North Cup has come to a close. We are incredibly grateful to our hockey family from Canada, the USA, Europe, and beyond for coming together in Montreal to make this event truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to see everyone again—whether across the pond in Europe or back in Montreal in 2026! 🖤🤍 🏒

Team Slovenia had a blast exploring Toronto, taking in the city’s amazing hockey culture, and even competing in one of the game's great cathedrals at Maple Leaf Gardens. On to Ottawa for a few days of fun before hitting the ice in Montreal for The North Cup! 🇸🇮 🏒 🇨🇦

The wait is over! As our Slovenian team lands in Toronto today, the road to the inaugural North Cup officially begins.

From the diamonds to the rinks, athletes from our hockey, baseball, and softball tours are reuniting in Montreal—ready to relive epic European adventures and battle for the first-ever North Cup championship. 🏆

Drinks will be poured, alliances will be forged and competition will be fierce - but more than anything, we come together for the love of the game and the friendships that last a lifetime.

We cannot wait to welcome The North Family to Montreal! 🖤🤍
