Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Jonathan and Edna Jonas, a young couple from “generation x” with a very keen ability to understand and relate to people of the “baby boomer and silent generations” and the challenges and struggles they presently face. Over the last 10 years as we worked in different arenas with different clientele, we started to notice a trend while serving this age-g
roup. We noticed how natural it was for us to work together and with our customers in a kind of mutual synergy that would only result in our clients feeling calm and well taken care of. A relationship would often develop over the course of the contracted work and our clients would often be sad to see us go. In this atmosphere we have been able to create a bridge between adult children and their parents who are going through tough times of unwanted change. We are pleased to say that we have consistently been able to “wow” our clients and their families by taking the stress and sting out of big winds of change. Some of the comments from our clients are words like these: “You guys are amazing”, “Incredible”, “I am speechless at how much you two can do”. Our desire is to satisfy our clients as much as we can in an environment of professionalism that is always sensitive to every need technically and emotionally. We are able to tackle any request with a prompt solution and ex*****on due to years of experience dealing face to face with clients in the service industry all the while taking care to treat our clients with respect and guard their dignity as if it were our very own.
