We are specialised in underground/interior parking garages concrete repair & waterproofing liquid membrane application in Greater Montréal Area. We do it all our OWN TEAM and OWN MACHINERY starting from:

1- Removal of the existing coatings membrane, asphalt etc
2- Repairing the conrete including.
2.1 Démolition through-slab/partial-depth and clean up
2.2 Coffrage de béton structural/structural form-work we are lincesed and it is done by our team of carpenters.
2.3 Repairing, drilling, anchoring and installing rebars.
2.4 Pouring and finishing the concrete to be repaired.
3- Blastrac using our own machinery.
4- Applying liquid membrane epoxy or polyurethane.

All done by us and our team so it's us. So it's us your single source of responsibility as no one gets to blame the other in case of an issue arises and also you get save time managing & coordinating various trades and you get to cut your cost.

Slope adjustment job assuring the proper drainage away from condo units at a condo building downtown Montreal. Scarification as a method of surface preparation for cementitious coatings & self levelling cement is a must in our internal quality assurance company policy. Partial depth concrete repairs on a structural concrete slab at an indoor parking. Demolition of all damaged concrete, removing all the rusted rebars with applying corrosion inhibitor, anchoring brand new rebars and pouring Polymer modified concrete.

2- Applying epoxy floor coating systems solid colour, flakes, quartz, metallic & cementitious self leveling at commercial, residential & industrial sectors.
