I can’t say enough good things about Greg and his team for all the work they’ve done at my cottage! Painting, crack filling, trimming brush (I now have a path that takes me to the water!) tree removal, and just odd jobs that I need help with! “My wife and I are huge fans of Nordic spas, and have visited dozens over the years, throughout Canada and abroad. By no means do we consider ourselves a reference on the matter, but we definitely do know what we like, what we expect, and what disappoints us.

Simply put, even with our excitement and anticipation, MYSA exceeded our expectations. I just got home yesterday from spending 2 weeks at Serenity Now. I didn’t want to leave. The views from the cottage take my breath away every time I look outside - which is everywhere inside and outside of the cottage 🥰.

Everything regarding the pandemic just melted away… masks are not required in PEI (SO refreshing not to have to wear a mask!) and although you could tell there were lots of tourists around, it wasn’t that busy overall so there were no wait times anywhere we went.  It truly felt like a normal vacation in PEI. 

I had some friends and my sister with me for the first part of my my vacation and although the weather wasn’t the  greatest, we made the best of it! The sun came out for my birthday and we walked around downtown Charlottetown and did some window shopping before grabbing a drink and a snack at “Fishbones”. They have a really nice rooftop patio! Then we headed to Victoria by the Sea, and had an amazing supper at “The Landmark”. Delicious oysters and lots of seafood to choose from. I had a great birthday 🤗. 

For the second week I had my son and 2 of his friends (16 years old) with me for a week. So many memories were made…we kayaked the Morell River (Bayside Recreation), had supper at “Richards” (the best fish and chips on PEI) before we went deep sea fishing in Covehead from 6-9 so we could watch the sun set (Campbells Deep Sea Fishing - James and Rob were amazing!) the boys went to Sandspit, Shining Waters, and the Cavendish Boardwalk - I went to Cavendish Beach for some R&R! We always have to go to Basin Head Beach so the boys can jump off the bridge, hear the “singing sands” and visit some old dear friends who live right next to Basin Head ❤️ We did some jet skiing on the North Shore near Savage Harbour thanks to my cousin; it was fun to see the beaches and shore line from
the water 😀. We strolled around downtown Charlottetown and had lunch at “The Churchill Arms” (the curry is to die for! Get the curry sampler and a deep fried Mars Bar for desert) I golfed Rustico Resort twice with my sister (ladies night is Wednesday night, $30 for 9 holes, a cart and a drink!) and we also watched many sunsets on our beach 😍 there is something about the sun setting over the ocean in PEI…so peaceful and the colors are beautiful.

I will miss my cottage but am happy to say I am fully booked until September 24. I’m am so grateful for this piece of heaven and have renters who love it as much as I do 🧡

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing PEI beach vacation this is the place for you 🏖☀️ 👙 Serenity Now will be open for the summer and there is availability! The cottage is rented by the week, Saturday to Saturday. Currently I have July 10-17, August 7-14, August 14-21, ($2000/week includes tax and cleaning fee) and September 4-16 ($225/night, 3 night minimum) I am keeping the rentals this year to the those in the Atlantic Bubble so if you are interested in one of those weeks, send me an email at [email protected]
