Lake Erie Lake House This luxurious all-season lakefront home offers a multi-million dollar view of Lake Erie. Minimum age to rent is 26.

Shallow water, sandy beach, and natural waves better than any Wave Pool experience... what more could you ask for! Perfect for large families to come relax, take long walks along the beach, and spend quality time with one another by the lake. With ample space, Lake Erie Lake House is ideal for family get-togethers/reunions, birthday & wedding anniversary celebrations, and small wedding receptions.

There are two kitchens available for larger groups to enjoy, with the second kitchen currently being used as a bar! Bring your own boat & fishing rods (or rent them nearby) and enjoy all the wonder that Lake Erie has to offer! The Lake Erie Lake House has numerous amenities to make your stay more comfortable including:

INDOOR
- 5 bedrooms (4 queen beds + 1 double bed)
- 3 single beds and 1 futon (located in the common area, must bring your own blankets for these)
- 3 full washrooms
- WiFi
- 2 SMART TV's with access to Netflix, Youtube, YuppTV, and more...
- Large wooden dining table seating 12
- Fireplace in Sunroom and 1 Bedroom
- Standard 12-cup Coffee maker, Panini maker, Toaster, Tea Kettle
- Washer & Dryer for Laundry

OUTDOOR
- Netted Gazebo
- Barbeque with propane tanks
- Fire pit
- Double garage, allowing for total of 8 car parking
- Hammock
- Beach volleyball court
- Outdoor shower (coming soon)

All bedroom bedding and linens are provided. If you are using the single beds/futon, please bring additional blankets as necessary. Please bring your own towels, bath products, and personal sanitary items.
