Awesome way to use your oils topically! Throw a few drops in a roller bottle with carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil etc.) And not only does the oil last way longer, but the carrier allows the essential oil more time to absorb into your bloodstream (ie. Allowing more time for the sweet benefits to reward your bod!)
Cedarwood is one of the great oils under $20 and is a great aid for sleep!

I don't know about you guys, but I'm feeling pretty run down. Between my heavy work schedule and the constant shifts in weather, I've been fighting cold symptoms and getting pressure headaches.
I used to suck on throat lozenges (often medicated and full of sugar) and take advil and/or Tylenol to combat these things. I was reflecting today and I haven't used any sort of pharmaceutical aids in a long time. Even in Indonesia I packed around my essential oils and home made blends to get my through travel sickness, period cramps, headaches... even sun burn relief!
I still doubt they'll work every time I apply them, like a year of solid proof still hasn't broken down the belief instilled in me that it's bs hippy nonsense... but they work and I love smelling nice to boot.

I diffuse this in my home whenever I want to get rid of unpleasant or strong odor. I've made it into a room spray for the bathroom that houses our kitty litter, and I put it on pads to leave in the closet or car. Purification blended with Lemon oil is one of my favourites and BOTH are included in the starter kit!

I can't say enough about this starter kit... So i'm going to talk about it!
11 oils, an ultrasonic diffuser (that works wonders, I might add) and other goodies like hand sanitizer and natural energy drink samples! It's worth every penny. It works out to less than $10 a bottle and you get some expensive goodies, like Panaway that's great for aches and pains, and Frankincense which is a heal all! Not to mention staples like lavender and lemon.
$200 might seem a bit of an investment, I know it did for me, but I've been doing this a year and have yet to see a value as great as this!

If you read the instructions on the bottles, it is always recommended that you dilute these powerful oils before putting them onto your skin. I don't always have carrier oils and oil bottles on me, so one way that I use and carry the scents with me all day, is on my jewelry. I make earrings, necklaces and most recently mala necklaces. Natural gem stones are thought to have healing properties, so if you have a specific need or a specific preference, please feel free to contact me and I custom make. I include lava stones in much of my jewelry and you simply add a drop or two to the lava stone, let it absorb and enjoy the therapeutic benefits all day!
