Located south of Napanee on the south shore of Hay Bay, this waterfront cottage is great for all ages.

It sleeps 4-6 people, has an open concept space with fully equipped kitchen, private dock, deck at the house and at the waterfront, kayaks, pedal boat, canoe, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor games, and large indoor games/activity space with extensive book and DVD collection.

We rent weekly from Tuesdays at 3pm to the following Mondays at 3pm to accommodate long weekends.

Rates are as follows:

April 30 - June 24 - $1500/week

June 25 - September 2 - $2000/week

No cleaning fee.

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening up reservations for next summer.

Our rates will remain the same for our fourth year of operation.

We rent weekly from Tuesday at 3pm to the following Monday at 3pm. The reasoning for this is so guests always have the full weekend, including long weekends.

The rates for May and September are $1500/week, and June - August are $2000/week.

We do not add a cleaning fee.

We offer a discount for rentals of more than one week but remain a short term rental for vacation purposes only.

It's time to plan your 2022 summer getaway.

Located an hour west of Kingston on the south shore of Hay Bay, there is something for everyone.

I know there are a lot of posts about scammers out there, so I want to make sure you are completely comfortable booking with us. I can provide references, video conference, or photos with a dated paper if you need this to feel safe. I actually had one guest last year who's first words when they arrived were 'You're real!' I want every one of our guests to have complete faith in us.

We are both retired military and take tremendous pride in what we have created with this new venture. Our first season last summer was an overwhelming success and we booked solid as soon as the covid restrictions were lifted. We are really looking forward to this season and welcoming new and returning guests.

Outside is a private dock with kayaks, a canoe, and a pedal boat for your exclusive use, and there is a public boat launch 800m down the road if you have your own boat.

If you enjoy fishing, Hay Bay is renowned for its pickeral and bass fishing, and I've even found a fishing excursion business that will come right to the dock to pick you up.

There is also a fire pit, a Horseshoe pit, a variety of yard games, and for the little ones, a climbing dome and a sandbox.

Inside is a large open concept space on the main floor.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with two twin beds and a queen bed. The couch on the main floor is also a hideabed, so the house sleeps 4-6 people.

Downstairs is a large games space with tvs, games tables, books, puzzles, and games.

We only rent weekly from Tuesdays at 3pm to the following Mondays at 3pm.

Rates for May, June, and September are $1500/week plus $200 cleaning fee.

Rates for July and August are $2200/week plus $200 cleaning fee.

We have created a Welcome Book for our guests that contains a wealth of information about the area and the property, so you'll have everything you need to know to plan your holiday.

Last year we were so successful that I turned dozens of people away, so plan early and book that family vacation that will create wonderful memories for you and yours.

We are looking forward to our second year with this waterfront vacation rental.

Our peak season rates this year from May long weekend to Labour Day are $2200/week from Tuesdays at 3pm to the following Mondays at 3pm plus a $200 cleaning fee.

Well it's 2022 and it's soon time to get ready for our second summer with this wonderful waterfront vacation rental.

I'll be updating this page with current photos shortly so stay tuned. I see the ones I have here are before a lot of updates were made.

Last summer was our first summer operating this vacation rental. We were booked solid all summer and had to turn dozens more away.
