The waterfront cozy log cabin on Lake Temiskaming is surrounding by beautiful mature trees with lake access. The main floor features a large mudroom with washer and dryer, a bedroom with a king size bed which includes a smart TV and electric fireplace located near the main floor bathroom. Also on the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with a scenic view and dining room. Step up (2 steps) to the cozy living room with lots of seating, smart TV and workspace. The second floor consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a stand-up shower. Bedroom # 1 has a queen size bed with a sitting area while bedroom # 2 has 2 double beds with a workspace. All bedrooms have closet space for guests. Seasonal access to the serene lakeside deck with outdoor dining table and chairs and year-round access to the deck facing South with propane fire table, muskoka chairs and BBQ. Note: Minor renovations are ongoing to better our guests experience however nothing in progress during your stay. The cabin is located just seconds down Sunnyside Road, is nestled in the trees with backyard space, private boat launch and dock on beautiful Lake Temiskaming. Location is private with limited view to neighbors. Walk down to the dock in the early mornings to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or enjoy the backyard space. Just a short drive from many shops, restaurants and tourists’ attractions. Lake Temiskaming, the headwaters of the Ottawa River, on the border of Northwestern Ontario is a large freshwater lake 110kms in length and covers an area of almost 295km². In the summer, bring your personal watercraft or boat and launch it on the private boat launch and dock it right there. For very large boats we are located between 2 marinas just minutes away. Additionally, seconds away is the STATO trail which is a designated bikeway running along Lakeshore Road from New Liskeard to Haileybury (Temiskaming Shores) for 19.4kms. For the avid snowmobiler, access the OFSC trail less then 2kms away. Listen to the faint sound of the locomotive carrying passengers or goods through Timiskaming Shores. Temiskaming really is a hidden treasure in Northern Ontario
