This summer we have an incredible day trip which we are partnering with the UNESCO Georgian Bay Mnidoo Gamii Biosphere to offer. These tours will bring you out to explore some of the stunning 30,000 islands with a naturalist along to interpret this incredible ecosystem. Dates and spots are limited. This is the only tour of its kind that lets you explore and learn alongside an expert UNESCO biosphere guide. Check out www.georgianbaytours.com for more information. @gbaybiosphere #georgianbay #greatlakes #discoverontario #naturalist #naturelovers #greatcanadianwilderness @greatcanadianwilderness #ontario #30000islands #parrysound 🎥 by Gokotta films
Thank you for an awesome season everyone! We are working on our website and it will be live for bookings in January! We look forward to getting more of you out on the Bay next year!
This is snappy the turtle! She lives right where our boat is kept at Snug Harbour. Snapping turtles are Ontario’s largest turtle species, they can grow up to 30kgs! They can live for up to 50-75 years and don’t reach sexual maturity until 13-19 YO. I saw this female laying her eggs on a sandy beach close by. She likely laid 20-40 ping-pong sized eggs. #snappingturtle #turtle #georgianbay #georgianbaytours @gbaybiosphere @travelgeorgianbay

Yesterday’s tour started off a little gloomy but turned into a beautiful day. We are still waiting for the boat to have some customizations done but she will be in service as well very soon. #georgianbay #discoverontario @gbaybiosphere @explorers_edge #greatcanadianwilderness
