Spacious duplex cottage tucked away on a small lake with direct access to Georgian Bay (5 minute boat ride away). The cottage is at the end of a laneway with crown land surrounding the cottage and the lake with only one neighbour. The moment you get out of the car you feel relaxed. This cottage is ideal for 2 families with four bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two living areas and two bathrooms. Amazing fishing on lost lake and on Georgian Bay. Swim off the dock or walk to 2 community beaches.
