We had the pleasure of meeting the McGill family from Ontario who joined us on a 4 day base camp trip. One of the best parts of what we do is the people you meet along the way! The weather was fantastic and the smoke stayed away which made for an excellent trip.We managed to put on over 100 kms in four days of riding.

A week ago with all the wildfires in Alberta made for an eery feel around camp. There were ashes and burnt spruce needles landing everywhere around us. Thankful we’re finally getting some much needed rain!

A trip last summer with my son . Trimming trail, conditioning horses and exploring along the way. We worked up such an appetite we had to grill a couple steaks until we realized we forgot the plates!! Had to improvise with some wooden plates😂

Blue Lake is heaven on earth. I’ve travelled a lot of miles in the Alberta backcountry and this lake is still one of my favourite destinations. It holds a special place with me as it was my late uncles favourite spot in the Rockies.
