SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTALS ONLY $1300 per week

Off Season
Weekends $500 and 3 days $600
May 2-4 Long Weekend is $700. Weekly Rates Off Season $1200
Monthly Off Season Rates Available

Requirements
-Renters are required to bring own linens, towels, toiletries and firewood
-$300 security/damage deposit on all rentals
-50% non refundable deposit due at time of booking and balance due 1 month prior to rental
-Damages responsibility of renter or visitors
-Renter assumes all liability for damage or injury to all persons and property during rental
-Suntan Restaurant has free wifi and Boston Pizza and Wendys in Simcoe and Tims;s in Dover has free wifi as well.
-No dishwasher onsite
-No tents or trailers
-No pets
