We are excited to have special guests Starlynn Shears-Osmond, a Mi’kmaq Indigenous community guide, and Marcella Williams, a Parks Canada Indigenous interpreter and multimedia artist, share their knowledge, stories, and traditions.

A big thanks to the Avalon Dragons for conducting paddling sessions in Norris Point the past two days!
There was great community participation from volunteers and interested paddlers AND they left a boat and paddles behind so a new team can be formed in the area!
