I am a Travel Agent with Pure Magic Vacations a full service travel agency, focusing on Disney Destinations. At Pure Magic Vacations we are a full, concierge level of service travel agency based in Ontario, with agents located across the country. Our agency has been EarMarked by Disney. Within our group, we have a huge range of experience with all the Disney destinations; Walt Disney World, Disney

land, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and all the parks and resorts around the world. We are also Universal Orlando Resort specialists and have a very in depth knowledge of the Orlando and Central Florida area. The team at Pure Magic Vacations is very unique in that we all work together to help each other out, so if one doesn't have an immediate answer, someone on our team will. We are not a franchise or simply a host agency, we are a dedicated group of professionals that can assist with as much detail as you like or we can simply work with you to make sure everything will work out logistically. I am currently on the way home from a wonderful family vacation. We did a Disney land and sea trip last week with a sailing on the Disney Fantasy and a short stay at Walt Disney World Resort. I'll be sharing a trip recap in the coming weeks. I look forward to sharing what all we got up to. We drove to the US to fly with my preferred airline... Southwest Airlines This trip we flew from Rochester NY. Why do I prefer Southwest? Many reasons actually...they include 2 pieces of luggage per person for no additional cost, they don't charge change fees, they have reasonable pricing and friendly staff. It's a bit of an extra drive but for our family we find it worth the time to drive.

🥳Not only is today Mickey and Minnie Mouse's birthdays but today is also my 8 year Anniversary of working with Pure Magic Vacations. 🥳 I feel so blessed to be a part of this very special agency and to be able to assist all of my amazing clients with their adventures. Thank you to all of you who trust in me to take good care of you and your vacations and to those of you who continually pass my name onto your family and friends. Today we are remembering friends, including our very dear friend MCpl Scott Vernelli who was killed in Afghanistan in 2009 and will be remembering the sacrifices made by all of our Canadian soldiers past and present.
To all past and current serving service men and women, to say thank you is never enough for what you have done and continue to do for our country.
I have been a military spouse for over 20 years now and I know many of my clients are military families too. Please feel free to share a photo of a solider that you are proud of or of soldier(s) you are remembering today in the comments. Let's all remember and give thanks together.

📢 I have some very exciting news to share with all of you. Now that my husband Andrew has released from the military after 24 years of service he will be working with me and Pure Magic Vacations. I will be the main contact and dealing directly with my clients still but he will be assisting with administrative and other tasks. That said though, if you prefer to work directly with him you can request that too. He is very well traveled and knowledgeable and would be happy to work with clients that want to work with him as well. He does have his TICO certification. Very happy to have my husband assisting me and working along side me. P.S. It's also his birthday today. 🥳

Pure Magic Vacations has achieved something truly magical! Thanks to the incredible generosity of our clients, agents, friends and family, we’ve raised over $10,000 for the Make-A-Wish Trees of Joy fundraiser! 🌟

This amount not only funds a beautifully customized holiday tree for our Wish Child, but it also grants a heartfelt wish to a brave child in need. Our Wish Child has chosen a Lilo & Stitch and Moana-themed tree, and on November 15th, we’ll bring this vision to life—filling her holiday with wonder, joy and a dash of Disney magic!

At Pure Magic Vacations, we are proud to carry on the legacy of our founder, Carolyn Williams, who believed that every child deserves a chance to experience the magic of a wish fulfilled. She knew that, sometimes, a bit of joy and wonder can mean the world to those facing big battles.

The rain never bothered me anyway! This is how I walk into Disney's Hollywood Studios in the rain. Rain while on vacation isn't ideal but no matter what the weather I'm just always happy to be at the Walt Disney World Resort. Don't you agree?
