One of the places we will be visiting on the Enchanted Quilt Tour to Italy is a glass blowing factory. The artisans are so talented and amazing to watch.
This is the view we had today from the top of Stansenhorn Mountain in the Alps. Absolutely breath taking.
After the Giants Causeway we visited the Glenshane Country Farm to see sheep dogs in action and learn more about sheep farming the Irish way.
The dogs were amazing and so well trained. They would go in a certain direction depending on what the voice command was or by a certain whistle.
He explained the different kinds of sheep he raised then gave us a sheep sheering demonstration.
This is a new venture for the Glenshane Farm and today is their grand opening. We wish them all the best and if you are in Northern Ireland it is worth the stop.

Lancaster County here we come!!
May 11-15, 2020 I have a quilt tour to Lancaster County where we will visit many quilt shops, Kitchen Kettle Village and take in a theatre production of Guys and Dolls, at the Dutch Apple Dinner Theater.
You can't come to this area without visiting Longwood Gardens. Longwood Gardens is located on 1077 acres with a conservatory of 20 rooms, 4.5 acres under heated greenhouses. The conservatory has over 4700 different plants, with rooms for roses and orchids to just to name a couple. You will be able to explore this beautiful green space filled with ponds & fountains with plenty of benches, which are strategically placed so you can sit and relax, taking in the view.
The fabulous restaurants are all booked with their Amish cooking, like the Shady Maple with the longest buffet in Lancaster County, 200 feet!
