This comprehensive course includes all of the skills taught in emergency first aid, plus how to recognize, prevent and treat musculoskeletal, soft tissue, head and spine injuries, heat and cold emergencies, poisoning, and medical conditions such as diabetic crises and epileptic seizures. This course is recognized by the Workers Compensation Board for training in the work place.
The next session of Standard First Aid- CPR-C & AED training will take place during the weekend of May 25th-26th running from 9:00am - 6:00pm each day. This course will be held at Rotary Place. Lawn Bowling was a hit last year so, weāve brought it back with a bit of a twist!
This year, weāre happy to announce that weāve introduced two levels of Lawn Bowling: Lawn Bowling for Adults and Older Adults, and Lawn Bowling for Youth! In partnership with the Orillia Lawn Bowling Club, participants are welcome to join us, free of charge, in the fun and challenge of lawn bowling.

Our next Swimmer 12 (Bronze Cross & Standard First Aid) course is approaching fast- have you registered?!
For a limited time, participants are asked to only pay the material and certification fee! Bronze Cross is a prerequisite for the National Lifeguard Award. This award further develops lifesaving training and the principles of lifeguarding including rescues of increased diļ¬culty. Please note the prerequisite to register for this course is the successful completion of the Bronze Medallion and Emergency First Aid course.

Join us from 5:15-6:45pm at Rotary Place for a fun public skate for everyone! Bring the family or come on your own, public skating is open to everyone. Donāt forget to bring your own skates, children are required to wear a C.S.A. approved helmet. It is recommended that adults also wear a C.S.A approved helmet while on the ice. Strollers, carriages, chairs, pylons, hockey sticks and pucks etc. are not allowed on the ice. Use of personal sledges permitted. Weāll see you there!
