🌟 Exciting Highlights from Ottawa Tourism's Workshop Client Retreat in Valle de Bravo, Mexico! 🌟

Ottawa Tourism recently hosted an incredible three-day Workshop Client Retreat in the stunning Valle de Bravo, Mexico (Hotel Rodavento). This unique event brought together 8 members from Ottawa Tourism, 14 Mexican tour operators, and 4 trade media representatives, including Ottawa Tourism staff: Kelly Dean (Director, Travel Trade), Vlad Jean-Gilles (Manager, Travel Media Relations), and Juan Suarez (Manager, Travel Trade).

The agenda was packed with engaging activities designed to foster networking and business opportunities, including:

✅ Conflict Management Workshops
