Wolf River Farm

Wolf River Farm is owned and operated by Kathy Hopson - a down-to-Earth lady with a knack for making things grow. Since relocating to the farm from the city of Owen Sound, Kathy has been getting her hands dirty while learning about Mother Nature's greatest gifts though experience. And as her experience grew, so did her gardens! Now Kathy cares for over 4 thousand squared feet of gorgeous greenery

, and of course, you can't miss the three apple orchards containing 12 varieties of delicious and pesticide-free apples and 3 varieties of pears. There is always something to be watered, weeded or harvested on Wolf River Farm. If you visit the farm, do not be surprised if two bright-eyed (albeit a bit slobbery) basset hounds great you with much enthusiasm. They'll show you the way over to the gardens and Kathy will pop her head out from some bush or vine with her trade-marked and cheery "Helloooo!!". This is not your average grocery-store experience. Feel free to ask Kathy questions about her produce, she loves to share her knowledge and if you don't mind a little dirt on your shoes, she might take you on a tour.
