CLOSED FOR THE SEASON FROM OCTOBER 14, 2024. WE REOPEN MAY, 2025.

We are a seasonal (May to October) visitor centre on the Okanagan Connector Hwy 97C. We have travel information, snacks, drinks, gifts, and washrooms. Our centre is fully accessible with a new Universal washroom facility, free EV charging stations, free WIFI, picnic tables and a large parking lot with plenty of space for large travel trailers and RV's.

Our amazing tourism visitor information counsellors are happy to greet you, and will provide current regional information! We look forward to seeing you in May, 2025.

Witness the Truth, Change the Future - On September 30, 2021, the Canadian government officially designated Orange Shirt Day as a statutory holiday to honour the Survivors of Canadian residential institutions and those who never made it home. Canadians observed the first-ever National Day for Truth and Reconciliation as federal and provincial governments publicly recognized the atrocities committed and the deep need for national dialogue and healing.

Both Cathedral Lakes and Manning Park offer a variety of outdoor adventures. Throughout the Similkameen there is fishing, camping, RVing, golf ⛳️ and during peak summer floating the river. 🚣‍♀️

Farm fresh choices 🌽🍇🥒 are abundant from both from Keremeos (known as Fruit Stand Capital of Canada) and Cawston the Organic Farm Capital of Canada. Wine-tasting options include a bike route or guided horseback wine tours through the vineyards. Also cider, fruit soda and distillery options.
