Hi everyone, great place to visit our beautiful Lake Simcoe Little Cottage Mexico .The south end of Simcoe and the never-ending sand bars just like Mexico . Very shallow waters great for children of all ages. You can put chairs in the foot deep water and watch the kids play . The shallow waters go as far as 600 ft or more over all the sand bars. Great for all water sports especially volleyball or just floating around. Very quiet and private area all boats go to Chicken Bay very safe for the kids. Property is very private covered with beautiful trees like an umbrella but yet very breezy to enjoy the warm winds and yet enough space to soak up the sun on the deck at the lake with an awesome original Tiki grass roof hut from the Timor Islands. The cottage is unique in decor with elements of stone and wood with a great feeling of cottage life. We are on well and septic typical cottage but fully stocked with all kitchen necessities ,two gas wood stoves, 4 bedrooms , sleeps 12 and more , 2 bathrooms , big kitchen and living room . Deck space off kitchen is enormous great for all outdoor entertaining. Whiskey barrel bar with outdoor fridge and grill ,lots of seating. Come and enjoy any occasion girls weekend away or guys , family getaways, corporate incentive weekends, or just time away.
