1) Apex Mountain Resort
With over, 2 000 feet of vertical skiable terrain, Apex Mountain Resort has some of best vertical slopes in the valley! Other activities at Apex Mountain Resort include: night skiing, a tube park, a Shinny Pond and a two-kilometer skating loop through the forest. ⛸️

2) Baldy Mountain Resort
Baldy Mountain Resort is a high alpine treasure. In fact, Mt. Baldy is the 3rd highest elevation ski area in British Columbia. 🏔️This resort offers a wide variety of beginner and intermediate terrain making it a great family resort.

Have you ever wondered what winters are like in Penticton? ☃️
While the days may be shorter, we can still enjoy some nice highs of up to 5°C, while the average low dips to just -4°C from December to February. During the shoulder months of October and April, we even see highs around 15°C! Even though the weather is milder in town, there's still a ton of winter fun to be had—think snowboarding, skiing, snowshoeing, skating, and sledding! After a day of adventure, warm up with Penticton's vibrant foodie scene.
