With the nicer weather creeping upon us,it's time to think about booking your tour, we have 4-6 hour tour available plus guaranteed drop off at a restaurant of your choice after the tour and picked back up with out worrying about getting a ride back after a few drinks and a great day for up to six passengers. Our vineyard team is hard at work prepping for the upcoming growing season! Over winter, the majority of last year's growth was pruned and pulled from the trellis, leaving only a few hand-selected canes buried under the ground. Today we've started mulching these cuttings back into the soil, a process that recycles organic matter throughout the vineyard.

Building up organic matter in the vineyard is essential to soil health -- one of the pillars of our sustainability program 🌿

One of our top six stops on a tour. Our guests have never been disappointed.

Have you tried our food yet? Did you know that we serve food 5 days per week at our farm distillery from Wednesday to Sunday?

Our spring menu includes hot pressed sandwiches, soup of the day, and shareable snack options like locally made corn chips from and homemade salsas and hummus. All of our sandwiches are served on Organic County Farm Loaf.

Shown here is our Shaved Roast Beef with Crispy Onions, Fresh Arugula, and Horseradish Aioli.

Our other sandwiches include:
▫️Reuben Sandwich With Montreal Smoked Meat, Sauerkraut, and Russian Dressing
▫️Vegetarian French Onion Grilled Cheese with Caramelized Onions, Garlic, Thyme, Swiss Cheese. Served with homemade French Onion Jus
