Sproat Lake won best lake in BC last year and we have a 2 bedroom carraige house for rent on our property in Port Alberni at Sproat Lake 1.5 hours from Courtenay.
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. This 2 level rental comes fully equipt kitchen and all linens supplied. Modern open plan living and it has in-suite laundry.
Lower bedroom has queen bed, living room has a hide-a-bed and upper bedroom has a futon and and double bed can sleep 7. Full back patio with lake views, BBq, picnic table and fire bowl and adirondack chairs. Play area for kids
Just a short stroll down the path towards the beach is a huge shared dock and 50 feet of lakeshore to enjoy this pristine lake. Very peaceful and quiet location. Fully serviced with TV, wifi, hydro and Roger cell service and filtered water. All the comforts of home and drive right in to your door location. Non smoking unit and no pets under strata rules.
We do Monday afternoon-Friday morning 4 day rentals. $325 night includes cleaning, fees and all taxes.

Looking for a Sproat lake rental this summer? The #4 hwy is now open with Alternating traffic.

We have 2 openings...July 10th-14th as well as July 24th-28th.

Offering a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower~ 2 story Carriage House on .45 acre on the property with the main house. This unit comes with a fully equipt kitchen, fridge and electric stove, microwave all the kitchen wares and utensils etc.

Modern open plan living/dining and it has in-suite laundry. The lower bedroom has Queen bed, living room has a hide-a-bed and the upper bedroom has futon, plus a cot and double bed. The unit has a full back patio with lake views, BBQ, picnic table and adirondack chairs.

Just a short stroll down the path to our shared dock and 50 ft of lake shore beach area to enjoy this pristine lake. Very peaceful and quiet location. On septic, fresh filtered lake water, wifi internet and hydro. All the comforts of home and drive in right to your door location. Non smoking unit, no pets.
