Just re did all the floors , having hard awning put up in next few weeks on open side of deck and scheduling some paving asap! We have re done this from top to bottom including tankless hot water on demand

Welcome to New Holland 015,

Enjoy a fun filled family getaway at our fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage that sleeps 8 in total. Located only a 3 minute walk from Elco Beach.
Enjoy the large enclosed gazebo which has a portable a/c unit, as well as a pull out couch and snuggler inside it. Other pull out couch is in the park model. There are two smart tv’s provided, a 32 inch inside the park model that’s mounted and a 50 inch inside the gazebo. Both have Netflix available as well. Indoor also has Cable from Cogeco.
Walk outside onto a beautiful spacious patio with large sectional and a newly added awning to help protect everyone from those hot sunny days!. (being put up in april/22)
A newly paved area is available on site as well for the golf carts and your vehicle.

You will have a great time making lots of memories here!
