🔸🔹$500 damage deposit due upon booking-(refunded within 3 days after inspection of cottage)
🔹🔸50% of rental fee, plus damage deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining cost, plus the Sherkston Shores resort fee ($10 per person 7 & up) is due 7 days prior to check in date.
🔔🔔Note maximum of 8 people & 2 vehicles at anytime
▶️ All Sherkston Park activity passes are extra and can be purchased at guest services

🚭No smoking/vaping inside cottage
☕️Full kitchen with all flat-ware, dishes, coffeemaker etc
