TERMS:
Upon rental, An $800.00 in total $600.00 for cottage / $200.00 for golf cart Security Deposit is required which will be refunded when the cottage and cart is looked at and left in its original rental condition, clean, free of debris and damage. This is also your reservation fee to hold your date for rental. (Security deposit is required to cover any damages or missing items during your stay)
Your rental fee is required to be paid 7 days prior to your arrival date. For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, payment must be made in full. Should you need to cancel, you must do so 30 days prior to your rental date. All your money will be refunded at this time, less your Security Deposit which will be held as a cancellation fee.
