We were walking around Waikiki and found this hidden gem! This food truck makes the best fish and chips! It's located on Beach Walk St. Right beside a little store that makes the best Ice Cream and Sherbet the store is called Henry's. Definitely two venders that have to be on the hit list 😎 Check it out you will not be disappointed

Here is the last meal that I am cooking this Year, BBQ Leg of pork, baked potatoes, yam and Fresh corn trimmed off the cob. Followed up with Vanilla and chocolate cream pie 😋

Here for a visit In Prince George and Dad wants Clam Chowder. So I made a pot of my Clam chowder without the Curry and Halibut. It sure is nice to see family and friends again

I teamed up with Richard Conner from Star Fish Charters here in Port Hardy and we ran Offshore to try our Hand at Tuna Fishing. The Fish Gods smiled upon us and we managed to catch a few 😃

A quick troll this morning, I caught 2 Chinook, I released one that was 66 cm long and retained this fish right here. I released 2 nice Coho and a Pink. Over all it was a great time this morning.

Well here is dinner tonight, home made seasoned oven fries, oven roasted zucchini fresh out of our garden, pan seasoned halibut fillets, a splash of red wine topped with a garlic dill sauce. It's really good 😎

Yesterday was an offshore impossible day, the wind was just too much. However, here is a halibut pulled from one of my favourite spots just a few miles from Hardy Bay 😎 We had to release this fish because it was way over the 133 cm slot size but it put up a great fight and was released unharmed.

The fishing is really starting to pick up in all species, another awesome day out on the water 😎 The final days catch we were almost limited right out on all species of fish.

We have been busy offshore, amazing flat calm seas in the early mornings allowing access to offshore waters 😎 Here is just a taste of yesterday's catch a nice 100 cm halibut. We actually pulled three out of my favourite Hali hole, so the total catch was 15, 25, and the 40 lb Hali in the photo along with 3 big lings and a barrage of really nice rockcod. My clients had over 2.5 hrs left in their day, however they informed me that they had caught more than enough fish to satisfy their needs and called it an early day😀 it's always nice to have clients that think about the need for conservation👍

The Springs are here 😛 A quick 4 hour troll this morning and we caught 3 Chinook. Not a bad 4 hours. We limited out yesterday offshore. We had a great day!

Well we managed to get offshore this morning and managed to catch a limit of nice lingcod and Quillback. Thanks for the great morning it was fun fishing with both Trevor and Chris!
