We ventured a little further from the cottage today (15 minute drive) to enjoy another winter activity … snowshoeing the Loring Deer Yards. We had our own four-legged adventurer with us today so the only deer we saw were those on the drive in and out from parking at the trail head. ❄️ 🦌

We might be located in a rural area but nothing beats this amazing community complex located less than 5 minutes around the corner from our cottage that turns its pavilion into this fun experience each winter. Had the place to ourselves today and enjoyed the fully covered and boarded outdoor rink! ⛸🏒🥅

You just never know what you might experience when visiting the cottage!!

Landing and take off of this float plane made for some excited kids (and adults 😆).

Now we know not only are the calm and quiet waters of our lake great for paddling and fishing but also provide ample space for a smooth landing.

Fun visit this morning at the Argyle Farmers Market. Came back to the cottage with a whole new crew of animals 🐟 🐢 🐶 🐧
