The pictures do not do our beach house justice.
The house is 160 paces from the Erie Rest beach and parking will accommodate 4 cars. Erie Rest beach is a quieter beach. If you need to be where all the action is, it is a short stroll down the beach.
Our house is modern, open, light and airy with high ceilings. There is lots of room for you and your family to do your thing whatever that is. The furniture is new, and clean. The house has been renovated from top to bottom. The kitchen pictures are already out of date.as it was renovated this year.
New bedding and towels provided. Sleeps 8 in proper beds not on pull out couches.
The front deck faces south and the lake. It is sunny and well equipped large outdoor table, umbrella, and chairs . The back deck faces north and has more shade and is quieter and peaceful area.
We live here in the winter so you should have any thing you need in the kitchen.
Satellite TV on 55" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo. Bluetooth sound bar which can pair with you smart devices for your own music choices. High speed internet. Desk area in bedrooms if you have to work !
There are some bikes in the garage for your use.
