Movies in the Pothole park! Just another fun summer activity around the condo!

Movies in the Mountains returns to Pothole Park on Monday July 1st, featuring the film "Cool Runnings." Movies in the Mountains is presented by the District of Invermere.

Calgary hosted the 1988 Winter Olympic Games, which marked the debut of the Jamaican national bobsled team. Sound familiar? It's also the story that inspired the 1993 comedy Cool Runnings. The iconic film was partially filmed in Calgary, including at WinSport Canada Olympic Park and Ranchman's Cookhouse and Dance hall. This film features John Candy, Canadian actor and comedian.

Yesterday we did a hot funfilled day at Lake Windermere! Today we went to Whiteswan Provincial park and swam and 🏄‍♀️ at Moose Lake. So much summer fun to be had out here! Tonight we are walking over to Radium Brewing for a 🍺 or 🍻
