On this International Day of Charity, we are reminded that true charity goes beyond simple acts of giving; it is a powerful force for building stronger communities, uplifting those who are marginalized, and creating a more inclusive and resilient world. At ReSound, we believe in this vision and actively pursue it through our annual Gift of Hearing campaign, in partnership with dedicated hearing care professionals. This campaign is more than an initiative—it’s a commitment to change lives. Through the Gift of Hearing, we work with hearing care professionals to provide advanced hearing technology and compassionate care to individuals with hearing loss who face financial hardship. In the 2023-2024 campaign, our incredible network of hearing care practices provided ReSound Nexia and ReSound OMNIA hearing aids to patients in need, restoring not just their hearing but also their confidence, connection, and quality of life. This year, we reached an incredible milestone: since the campaign began in 2020, we have provided free hearing aids to 1,073 people. Thanks to the unwavering generosity of the 260 hearing care practices across the U.S. and Canada, we’ve touched 331 lives this year alone, giving them the precious “Gift of Hearing.” As we look ahead, the 2024-2025 Gift of Hearing campaign will kick off in November 2024, and we are excited to continue making a positive impact together.
