"We just returned from China where we did 2 SNA tours back to back - 20 day tour (Beijing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Shanghai, Yangtze River Cruise, Xi'an, Chengdu) followed by a 4 day tour (Guilin, Longji, Yangshou). SNA Guides were well informed and had good english. Local guides were excellent, and had good english also. SNA Guides provided the direction of the tour and kept everybody "on time"!

Sites visited were well selected and more than met my requirements for local interest and beautiful views.

The tour was quite full on with a lot of walking required, which was fine with us, however there were others on the tour that were not as fit as we are. For what we paid I was very happy with most of the tour. We had 4 tour guides throughout this trip. We were very happy with 3 out of the 4 tour guides. "The tour of China was fast paced but had great tour guides who all spoke English well. Difficult without them as obviously most Chinese people don't speak English. Accommodation was above expectations. Optional extras we selected were good. The Jade factory was good (you will get pressure to buy something) as you will at the tea plantations and Silk factory, however interesting.

The only disappointment was near the end of the tour, our group was split up to join another group/groups. We had formed some really nice, fun friendships and it was sad to have not finished the trip with these people. "We went on the 11day China tour on the 18th Oct,19, flew China Southern which was excellent with plenty of leg room, The Great Wall was incredible, the bullet train rides were so fast and smooth 1200 Klms in 4 hours, the Maglev train 430 klms / hour unbelievable.
