The man of the house's 50th birthday celebration was 2hrs of fishing after work, amounting to two days of food.

Total catch: 34 pcs combination of perch, sunfish, and catfish.

In the pan are catfish (brined for 24hrs) being fried, to be sauted and simmered, with fresh ingredients of garlic, onion, ginger and lots of tomatoes, salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
