We offer personalized Cooking Classes while overlooking the Beautiful St.Lawrence River! Can't wait to se you on the island!

We offer, demonstration as well as hands on Classes where will prepare the menu from start to finish. You will be picked up in Rockport, brought to the Island where we you are greeted with an Appetizer. We will then have the class which usually takes 3-4 hours and then you will return to shore. There will be time to relax...enjoy the view and visit the animals too.

Well, it finally happened ! Duke and Daisy are thrilled (as are we) with their new arrival of Twin girls 💜Daphnie and Delilah💜 Here is a few mins of them at about 2 Hours old this morning... Delilah,the darker one is quite healthy and strong but we are helping feed Daphnie. She is a little smaller and can't stand as well yet. I'm sure they will be hopping around in no time :)

Our 2 Bucks at play...the big guy is Duke and the feisty little one is Cletus. I get a kick out of Duke's tail wagging..they love this but I don't think the gate does...gonna have to reenforce again :)
