As you sit atop "Art of the Ocean Gallery" you will find functional nautical art at its finest.
This is a newly built loft style suite. Guests have their own rear private parking, entrance, and balcony equipped with a BBQ, propane fire place and comfy patio furniture. Inside I've designed it to reflect my gallery below. It's an open concept with a full kitchen, living room, open bedroom, and full bath. Most of the furniture was uniquely hand built, from the bar top island to the coffee/side table to the bathroom vanity. I had it designed this way so they could house my artwork. This cozy and warm feeling place is full of functional nautical art.
This is the most unique rental property in Gros Morne as when your inside you can look through one way glass windows down on the gallery and see the 2 largest humpback whale sculptures in Newfoundland and Labrador. There is no better sight than to open your curtains in the morning to see a Momma and Baby Humpback just outside your window.
While sitting on the edge of the ocean in the heart of Gros Morne National Park, in the Community of Rocky Harbour, your just 2 steps away from the ocean. It's conveniently located next door to the largest grocery store in town, local cuisine and laundry mat. It's a close walking distance to entertainment and other shops. Boat tours, hiking trails, kayaking, visitor services, fishing and backcountry experiences are just a short drive around the corner.
