Farewell to another incredible season!
What a treat to have seen so many marine animals like sharks, whales, and dolphins!! Thank you to all our amazing guests who sailed with us this year. We're setting sail into hibernation but will be back to welcome new sailors on June 1st, 2024. Until then, smooth seas and warm wishes! ⛵

We had an amazing year for dolphins. Sometimes 30-40 around the boat. Looking forward to seeing you again next year my friends! Only 3 days left this year.

It may not be sunny, but the ocean is flat and the people we sail with are amazing. Added bonus is that while we never make any wildlife sighting guarantees, we do often see them on cloudy days! Today is another awesome excursion with amazing people from all over the world!! Thank you for letting us share our joy of sailing and this gorgeous slice of PEI.

Magical moments on the high seas! 🌊🐋
Tonight, we were graced by the awe-inspiring presence of a majestic Finback Whale swimming gracefully off the starboard side of our sailboat. It was a breathtaking sight that reminded us of the incredible beauty of nature. Feeling excited to have experienced such a wonder!

Day off today for weather but the past few days have been incredible for whale and marine life. We have seen 2 fin back, had a minke surface right beside the boat and blow, killer whale, atlantic right whales, dolphins, harbour porpoises, and sharks (lots of sharks). No one sail is better than the others but we had minke whales in the glow of the sunset the other night. It was amazing and a moment I won't forget for a long time. Happy Sailing.

We are excited to share that Parks Canada is making beach access more accessible to everyone with mobility mats installed at Cavendish Main Beach and Brackley Beach. They are special mat surfaces at the base of the beach entrance ramp which stretch over the soft sand and give access to the hard-packed wet sand along the water’s edge.

There are also two different wheelchairs available for visitors to reserve. Sand wheelchairs have wider, softer tires, which easily navigate the uneven sand surface. Buoyant wheelchairs have a special design to allow the user to get right in the water.

Although it won't lead you directly to our sailboat, you can use the GPS coordinates for the North Rustico Fire Department as a reference point. The address is 106 Riverside Dr, North Rustico, PE C0A 1X0. The fire department is located close to our destination, and from there, you can easily make your way to the floating docks.

Once you've reached the vicinity, keep an eye out for the "Elusive" sailboat. It proudly stands out among the other vessels on the floating docks and is the only sailboat. Our crew will be awaiting your arrival and will gladly assist you in boarding the boat 5 to 10 minutes prior to departure. .

So we caught a big one out today. All the fishers are posting their big catches and we were feeling left out. One less piece of ocean plastic. PS if it's your beach toy, you can pick it up at the dock :)
